The Foundation is governed by a self-perpetuating, volunteer Board of Trustees who serves at the direction of UNC Health Southeastern. The Board of Trustees consists of local business leaders and community members who are strategically selected from towns and communities throughout our service area to give a voice to the community regarding planning and decision-making.
