Parking Garage Renovations to Begin This Week

Beginning this week and continuing through August, UNC Health Southeastern will be performing routine maintenance and upgrades for its four-level parking garage. The health system anticipates minimal disruption throughout the project. During June 19 - 30,  traffic will be reduced to one ramp, however, parking attendants will be on hand to guide drivers through the appropriate routes.  The 4th floor of the parking garage will be closed July 5 - 14.   Alternate parking is available at Tanglewood Elementary School across from the Emergency Department and in their staff parking lot off Rowland Avenue.
